Sex and porn addiction aren’t just bad habits - they destroy lives:

•Broken relationships

•Guilt and shame

•Job and career setbacks

•Humiliation and loss of self esteem

•Financial strain and more …

Shame grows in the shadows. It’s time to shine a light on your problems.

Zeke Campfield is an expert in helping men break free from the chains of sex and porn addiction. Trained in Dr. Patrick Carnes’ sex addiction treatment model, Zeke will walk you through a process that includes an individualized assessment and treatment plan, with opportunities to explore what happened - but, more importantly, what happens next as you stop your behavior, heal your relationships and restore your sense of integrity.

This is not your typical feel-good therapy approach - this is one rooted in accountability, reality and hard work. If your problem is serious, it’s time to take the solution seriously. It’s time to take the Better Path.

High sexual desire, frequent sex, porn use or even unconventional sexual interests by themselves do not constitute an addiction.

The concern is a persistent pattern of loss of control plus meaningful negative consequences or impairment.

Have you tried to stop and couldn't? Do you keep going back despite consequences? Are you hiding or lying about your behavior? Is it interfering with your relationship, work, finances, or the life you want? Does the behavior feel less like a choice and more like something you have to do?

If sexual behavior repeatedly conflicts with your intentions, values, and goals — and you can't seem to change the pattern — it may be time to take a closer look.

Recognizing there may be a problem doesn’t mean you need to have everything figured out. It means it’s worth taking a closer look.

We start by understanding what’s actually happening—the behaviors, patterns, triggers, consequences, and the role sex or pornography has come to play in your life. From there, we work on getting the behavior under control, rebuilding trust in yourself and your relationships, and understanding what keeps pulling you back into the cycle.

The goal isn’t to eliminate sexuality. It’s to help you develop a healthy sexuality that feels chosen rather than compulsive—and build a life where sex, intimacy, and relationships work the way you actually want them to.

So how Do I Get Started?

The first step is just to pick up the phone. Let's connect for a short consult, just to ensure that you're in the right place, that I'm the right guy, and to answer any questions. Our first few sessions will be an opportunity for me to get to know more about you and determine whether an addiction might be at play. A formal assessment will help us further craft a plan for our time together - and then the work begins to unravel the stories, experiences and beliefs that have you tangled up while we reweave a stronger, healthier way of engaging with the world.

The goal is not just to stop the behaviors - the goal is to build a Better Path forward, creating a new sense of sexual identity and laying the foundation for stronger, healthier relationships and a sense of purpose built on integrity.
